The hotel has a prime location at the heart of Madrid, near major attractions, but noise from construction can be a bother at night. The rooms are spacious, very comfortable, and clean, offering a good night's sleep. However, the ongoing construction nearby can be visually disruptive. The staff is professional and accommodating, although English proficiency is limited. The dining options are tasty and fresh but can get busy, especially in the morning.
